Ex-policeman joins BACTA compliance
The UK’s arcades and street market trade association, BACTA, has announced the appointment of David Miller, a former police inspector, to its compliance team. Miller takes over the London and Home Counties as well as the eastern and southern regions for the organisation. Based at Southend-on-Sea, Miller will report to Simon Bradbury, BACTA’s head of social responsibility and compliance.
His background includes 30 years with the Essex Police, half of them as inspector. In that time Miller undertook special projects and directed policing events and critical incidents at the highest level.
